ACCOMMODATIONS
Our home base at the College of the Atlantic will be Seafox, a former home overlooking Frenchman Bay. Seafox houses dorm rooms, a kitchen, laundry room, common room, and classroom. The classroom, where we will meet for afternoon classes and evening meditation, has French doors that open onto the porch and lawn, and a view of the bay.
Bedrooms are single-, double-, or triple-occupancy and have twin beds. Bathrooms are shared. There are no telephones or televisions in the dorm rooms and the décor is cottage-rustic. Please see the registration form for prices and room preferences. Rooms will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. If you are attending the retreat with someone and would like to share a room, please include your request on your registration form.
The linen package includes 2 twin sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 blanket, 3 bath towels, and 2 wash cloths.

MEALS
Meals are served cafeteria-style in the Blair Dining Hall. COA’s year-round chefs prepare tasty, nutritious meals that incorporate ingredients from local Maine farms and the college’s own Beech Hill Farm. Vegetarian and meat dishes are available at all meals and the salad bar is stocked with fresh veggies, nuts, and dried fruits. Box lunches are available with one day’s notice. Please indicate any special dietary needs on the registration form.
For more information on Beech Hill Farm, visit www.coa.edu/html/campussustainabilityefforts.htm and www.coa.edu/html/beechhillfarm.htm
Food may also be stored and prepared in the Seafox kitchen.
